Stable Community Health Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a Mobile Health Clinic in the Providence/Warwick Rhode Island area!

Your Role with the Company:
- MF 3240 hrs/week
- This FNP/PA will be seeing all ages with a focus on the quality of patient care in a mobile clinic
- Working in a collaborative team setting to provide primary care as well as health coaching and education to help individuals manage their chronic conditions for a better quality of life
- FNP/PA will make a big impact in the community that they serve providing continuity of care to their patients
