Job Description
In this role you will:
Lead initiatives to identify and capture cost reduction opportunities while improving service quality for our customers
Analyze complex operational data to uncover inefficiencies and develop practical solutions that benefit both customers and the organization
Design and implement scalable processes that enhance customer experience while reducing operational costs
Drive continuous improvement through datadriven decision making and lean methodology
Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth
Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Key job responsibilities
Demonstrate strong customer focus
Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical as well as strategic improvements
Own programmatic execution to reduce customer defects through cross functional solutions
Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
Data mine by leveraging SQL/Python to influence key business decisions
5 years of program or project management experience
5 years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
