Job Description
Doubletree by Hilton Airport is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotels frontofhouse areas. This role involves ensuring that lobbies restrooms and public areas are clean wellstocked and welcoming to guests. If you take pride in creating pristine spaces this position is perfect for you.
Where you can make an impact:
- Clean and maintain lobbies restrooms and public areas.
- Dust mop vacuum and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests in public spaces.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Monitor hightraffic areas to ensure they remain tidy throughout the day.
- Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist other team members with cleaning tasks during busy periods.
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Physical stamina to stand walk and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
