Job Description
Working as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) and our clients is a truly rewarding position. As a Customer Care Servicing Specialist youll be the key point of contact among our mortgage clients maintaining relationships that have been longestablished and being there to advise and direct as needed. All it takes is exceptional client service skills and a love of talking this role is within the Customer Care team in Servicing and will be heavily focused on phone contact with clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Accepting incoming calls from all clients
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Responding to emails from clients
- Working various reports as assigned
- Aiding and overseeing our subservicer
- Crosstraining to learn other areas of our Servicing team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel including vlookups formulas and PivotTables
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fastmoving environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Onsite fulltime attendance
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in mortgage servicing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
