Areas of Responsibility
- Data Exploration & Statistical Analysis Use statistical methods to analyze indepth data uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
- Experimental Design & A/B Testing Design experiments run controlled tests and evaluate results to optimize decisionmaking.
- Mathematical & Predictive Modeling Develop statistical and predictive models to support business strategies.
- Business Impact & Strategy Alignment Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Machine Learning (When Necessary) Apply ML models (Scikitlearn TensorFlow) when they provide clear value ensuring they are aligned with business needs.
- Data Pipeline & Automation Support Collaborate with engineers to structure and automate data workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and data processing libraries (Pandas NumPy).
- Handson experience with SQL for querying and processing data.
- Expertise in statistical methods hypothesis testing and experimental design.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks (Scikitlearn TensorFlow) but with a strong preference for statisticsbased approaches first.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions) and cloud services.
- Ability to define and solve business problems through datadriven approaches.
- Experience working in an R&D or experimental role ensuring rigorous validation of findings.
- Passion for bridging the gap between data science and business strategy.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS) at an intermediate level.
- Previous experience working with largescale data processing (PySpark etc.).
