Do you want to work in the travel industry and support one of the most renowned airline companies in Europe Our client is looking for Norwegianspeaking Customer Advisors to join their team in Warsaw!
Join the customer service team of a major airline and assist passengers with bookings flight changes terminal information and more. This position is onsite in Warsaw and includes a relocation package covering your flight and one week of shared accommodation.

What will you do
Assist customers with booking issues and inquiries
Support customers in rescheduling flights
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules terminals and procedures
Deliver a highquality customer experience in line with company standards
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
Communicate clearly and professionally in Norwegian
Candidate profile
Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work onsite in Warsaw
Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
Positive attitude and a teamoriented mindset
