Infopulse part of Tietoevry Create is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as aSenior IT Analystin Tricity with a hybrid mode of cooperation for our esteemed client in the banking sector in the Nordics.
You will work in a diverse agile and highly international environment with ambitious individuals dedicated to achieving our common goal: meeting the unique needs of our customers.
Areas of Responsibility
- Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement
- Analyzing and designing IT solutions in collaboration with all contributors
- Actively working together with Product Owner and Project stakeholders to ensure the content of deliverables is accurate optimized and secured
- Eliciting validating and documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Ensuring transparency and alignment of requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT
Qualifications
- Knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development
- Proven experience in clarifying documenting and communicating functional and nonfunctional requirements by using data process or information modeling
- Technical literacy knowledge of relevant tools and technologies such as Jira Confluence Power BI and SQL databases
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe Scrum XP and Kanban
- Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within specific platform and competence areas
- Ability to explain and report technical complexity in less technical language
- Focus on continuous improvement of services provided by the team
- Creative and innovative with strong problemsolving skills
- Experience in international work and multicultural awareness
Will be an advantage
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- Experience in financial services (banking)
