Job Summary:

Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team youll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies laws and regulations and subsequently manage PwCs regulatory litigation and reputational risk.
Job Description:
As a Senior Associate in AC Kolkata Ethics and Compliance (E&C) you will be responsible for:
Assisting with training new employees on compliance policies and procedures and answering questions regarding policies
Primary point of contact and follow up with employees on training completion. Resolve their training related queries/issues and escalate as necessary to the relevant stakeholders
Provide operational support in various compliance related activities to the seniors in the Ethics and Compliance team
Develop/maintain/update processbased records and project trackers as required
Help develop training and presentation decks communication drafts etc.
Conduct first level reviews of communications and training materials to ensure alignment with local policies and processes
Manage day to day operational tasks relating to trainings communications events and related activities
Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone
Focus on building trusted relationships
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Position/Program Important requirements:
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to connect & collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and to get the job done
Decision making aptitude based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
Prior experience and most importantly an interest in communications
An interest in and preferably some working knowledge of Gen AI tools/technologies
Strong attention to details
Patience and maturity
Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor of Laws
A degree in English Journalism Communication or related fields would be ideal and preferred
