Our Nature and Natural Capital Strategy Division is seeking to appoint a Manager Threatened Species and Ecosystems Policy. This role will involve leading and managing a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing policies and strategies related to the conservation of threatened species. In addition to overseeing crossagency and interjurisdictional forums focused on species and ecosystem preservation the Manager will ensure the successful delivery of strategic objectives and the implementation of highpriority policies and initiatives.
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring extensive experience in determining the most effective methods and approaches to achieve objectives including business and project planning as well as resource allocation. You will also have demonstrated experience in dealing with program and policy issues that are complex making sound judgments particularly when working under pressure or in the absence of complete information or expert advice.
