Position Overview
Under the direction of the ELC Centre Manager and directly by the Studio Lead/Teacher the CoEducator willassist in implementing a care program that provides for the individual needs of the whole child for whom they share a responsibility in a whole group setting.
CoEducators play a very important role at the College. No day is the same in this a variety filled and dynamic role. Your main duties will be supervising and interacting with the children setting up activities and ensuring all families feel welcome at our Centre.

- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management Training;
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance/ Blue Card or the ability to apply for one;
- Accredited Child Protection Training;
- Completion of an approved child protection training course in compliance with Section 162A of the National Law
effective 1 April 2025. This includes one of the following units delivered by a registered training organisation
(RTO):
CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk
CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk*
CHCPRT026 Support the rights and safety of children and young people
CHCPRT002 Support the rights and safety of children and young people*
CHCECE057 Use collaborative practices to uphold child protection principles
* Superseded courses still accepted during the transitional period.
