Job Description
The Amazon Fresh Instock Excellence team is excited to welcome an Instock Program Manager to our dynamic team.
Love food Interested in shaping the grocery experience of Amazon Fresh At Amazon Fresh we are pioneering the next generation of customer services offering both ultrafast delivery on fresh groceries and reinventing the future of physical grocery stores at our Amazon Fresh banner brick and mortar locations.
In order to be successful as a Program Manager you need to be comfortable driving business decisions in an ambiguous work environment interfacing and coordinating with various functional teams both internally and externally and driving results through both quantitative and qualitative strategies. A successful candidate will be highly analytical resourceful customer focused team oriented and will have an ability to work with data independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record in taking on endtoend ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment. This role will include a mix of longterm strategic projects and shortterm tactical tasks.
Key job responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders in category management category instock supply chain operations and product management to collaborate on supply chain improvement initiatives
Meet with instock managers to discuss opportunities and implement standard ways of working
Identifying automation opportunities improving nonautomated processes and building to scale.
Influence technical teams to drive adoption of standards and creation of tools to manage: inventory health itemlevel forecasting purchase order quality vendor selfservice and supply chain operations
Building and maintaining knowledge management tools
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Finance Mathematics Engineering or a Supply Chain
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
2 years of extensive excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots etc.) or tableau / dashboard experience
2 years of program management product management or analytics experience
Strong proficiency in business intelligence including creation of complex queries using SQL statistical analysis validation of data sets and distillation of data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and building out a suite of reporting
Experienced in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Familiarity with leading large scale process ideation through implementation to solve technical or data driven challenges.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
