- Answering customer calls and emails providing end user support on software hardware and network related platforms.
- Installing configuring maintaining troubleshooting and diagnosing PCs servers network hardware network software and other peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshooting network cabling and other hardware.
- Responding efficiently with solutions to malfunctions while maintaining business continuity.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques.
- Create maintain and constantly look for solutions to improve the user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in technology related field; will consider Associates Degree in technology related field plus Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other networking certification.
- Minimum one (1) year IT experience in computer systems or support.
- Knowledge of CISCO Microsoft Operating Systems and configuration Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
- Knowledge of VM Ware environment and configuration.
- Clean valid NYS drivers license.
