Job Purpose
The Seasonal Digital Product Implementation Specialist will assist with technical support of Great Minds K12 digital products. This position occurs during our peak season offering a fastpaced working environment. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator techsavvy and a team player.
Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with members of the Digital Implementation Specialist (DIS) Team and other organizational teams as needed
Support DIS Team with onboarding and renewal of digital customers
Assists customers via incoming calls and voicemails regarding digital product offerings order placement and website navigation in high volumes
Routes inquiries to the appropriate Great Minds team(s) for assistance
Monitor incoming rostering data
Job requirements
Requirements
Minimum 13 years of experience in a related field
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong writing and communication skills
Superior critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Experience utilizing Salesforce or other Order Management Software (Preferred)
Required Education
High school degree with experience or Associates degree in a related field
Status
Fulltime
Seasonal (June September)
o Flexible start/end dates available for considered college students or teachersHourly Pay $19/hr
Availability 8am4:30pm your local time
Must have consistent reliable highspeed internet access
Headset provided but must utilize personal laptop/computer (additional monitor recommended)
Chromebooks are NOT compatible with this position
