Agentic automation represents the next evolution in automation. Youll be working on UiPath Agent Builder an enterprise solution for creating testing and deploying AI agents that work alongside automation robots. Agent Builder integrates seamlessly with the UiPath ecosystem allowing organizations to combine traditional automation with AIpowered agents to handle both structured and unstructured business processes.
What youll do at UiPath
Architect design and lead the development of robust and scalable software systems or applications driving innovation particularly in cloudbased tools and services.
Solve enterprise business problems at scale with a focus on Agentic Automation.
Work with business leaders to anticipate and address future technical and strategic needs applying technical foresight to influence key decisions and align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Drive crossteam technical alignment and roadmap execution.
Incubate new ideas and create a roadmap for your areas of focus.
Ensure software deliverables meet quality security scalability extensibility and testability requirements.
Establish and refine effective and agile engineering practices to drive team efficiency and foster technical innovation.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs devising scalable and proactive solutions to address them.
Guide and mentor engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive technical standards and engineering practices across Product & Engineering.
What youll bring to the team
10 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and operating production systems at scale.
Mastery in one or more generalpurpose programming languages (e.g. C# Java Python).
Strong grasp of objectoriented programming and architectural design patterns.
Deep understanding of data structures algorithms multithreading synchronization asynchronous and cloud programming.
Understanding of multitenancy performance scalability and reliability considerations in a cloud environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and technical requirements particularly in the context of AI/ML.
Ability to produce welltested highquality code.
Experience developing and operating SaaS products or cloudbased services at scale.
Experience leading crossfunctional technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Experience in a technical leadership role guiding and mentoring junior and midlevel engineers.
