About the Role:
We are looking to hire two talented UI/UX Developers one at the Associate level and one at the Senior Associate level to join our growing design and product development team at PwC.
These individuals will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Engineers and Risk/GRC specialists to design intuitive highimpact products. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences that are both functional and elegant.
Key Responsibilities:
Design usercentered experiences that align with business goals and product requirements.
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using Figma.
Collaborate closely with product owners engineers and QA teams to ensure seamless product development.
Conduct usability testing user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning reviews retrospectives) as an integral member of the product development team.
(Senior Associate) Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to design system standards.
Required Qualifications:
24 years (Associate) / 5 years (Senior Associate) of UI/UX design experience preferably within a product development team.
Expertlevel proficiency in Figma including prototyping component design autolayout and design systems.
Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle agile methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams.
Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of interaction design visual design and user research.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for Risk technology GRC applications or Enterprise SaaS products.
Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) responsive design and B2B user experience best practices.
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular) from a collaboration standpoint (not coding)
