Were looking for a Design Manager to lead the Water Recycling West (Infrastructure) team focusing on wastewater pipelines and sustainable solutions.
What will you be doing as our new Design Manager
What youll do
- Oversee design teams ensuring highquality efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative lowcarbon solutions.
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Manage risks and drive valueoptimised project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and champion health and safety best practices.
- Lead a diverse team fostering a culture of development inclusion and excellence.
- Support Anglian Waters commitment to sustainability and innovation in infrastructure.
What we are looking for
- Degree in engineering (or equivalent experience) with a strong background in wastewater infrastructure.
- Expertise in designing wastewater networks pipelines and pumping stations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop teams and collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovation in engineering practices.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety compliance.
