About The Role:
As a Commercial Business Partner Community Solutions you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations providing insightful analysis and driving strategic decisionmaking across our Community Solutions division.
What youll be doing:
- Partnering with Executives and Senior Leaders to deliver financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Leading financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities
- Developing and presenting reports dashboards and commentary to drive divisional performance
- Building strong relationships with business leaders and providing coaching to uplift financial and commercial acumen
- Supporting business cases through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise performance and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and governance standards
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field
- CPA or CA qualification (essential)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Commercial or Finance Business Partner role
- Strong financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems such as Dynamics 365
- Ability to influence educate and build trusted partnerships at all levels
- Experience within a similar organisation (desirable)
