About The Role

Galileo is seeking a compassionate primary care MD/DO ready to reenter clinical practice with flexibility and support. Whether youre returning from burnout parenthood or a career pause this role offers a phased reentry model tailored to your needs. Work in a collaborative lowpressure environment that prioritizes your wellbeing while delivering proactive patientcentered care through hybrid virtual/inperson modalities.

Heres what youll do:

• Act as a key PCP on our clinical team which provides exceptional care in preventive health chronic disease management and urgent care
• Engage in teambased care with a virtual team of admin care navigators PCPs and clinical specialists
• Deliver primary care in a patientcentric and providercentric model combining virtual and inperson care
• Drive ongoing improvements for our care model optimizing outcomes while decreasing inefficiency

About You

You are a Primary Care Provider with extensive clinical experience. You are comfortable with broad spectrum primary care and eager to care for patients in the modality that makes the most sense for them (virtually inperson and asynchronously). You are driven to improve systems that enable personalized empathetic care for individuals and families in the community and eager to find a modern practice that supports approaching patient care in ways that make meaningful and real impact to their lives.

This is an inperson role supporting our patients located in Atlanta Georgia on a part time basis 12 days/week. The office location is 4300 Paces Ferry Rd SE Atlanta GA 30339

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

• 5 years of clinical experience in complex care chronic care and primary care
• Innovative and creative leadership qualities
• Proven experience with successful behavior modification
• Comfort with basic procedural skills
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory with reliable access to personal transportation
• Completed an accredited NP program with certification to practice
• Active licensure in Georgia or ability to obtain a license by the start date with Galileo
• For the safety of our patients and staff employees in this role must be fully vaccinated with all necessary vaccinations. This includes a booster for a completed COVID19 vaccination.

Compensation:

The annualized salary range for a 40hour workweek is $290000. Depending on your schedule which is either 1 or 2 days per week the range will be between $58000 and $116000.

Physical Requirements:

The employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation: This position requires the ability to stand sit and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. The job involves frequent bending reaching and kneeling to perform various tasks.
