Job Description
The Solution Architect SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) will manage the successful design and delivery of Mosaics SAP Analytics Cloud Financial Planning projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing endtoend financial planning solutions leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud to drive topdown and bottomup forecasting processes and related analytics surrounding financial performance.
What will you do
Design and implement comprehensive financial planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Integrate various data sources both SAP and nonSAP to ensure seamless data flow and data consistency.
Create and manage data models to structure and organize company data that can be used to forecast Mosaics financial performance and make strategic business decisions
Design scalable solution that allow user to create and analyze different forecasting scenarios to support strategic decisionmaking
Lead project teams using Agile methodologies ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration across departments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the delivery of complex projects that deliver value to the business and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Ensure Agile methodologies are being followed while influencing best practices process improvements and procedures.
Serve as the primary resource for any issues roadblocks and risks and hold responsibility for their resolution.
Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team communicating product and/or initiative status.
Work toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable stable and efficient.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned business groups and IT colleagues to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure costeffective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responds with agility to changing business priorities.
Work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contacts to foster a businessoriented culture to ensure alignment between IT and the business functions and to directly contribute to Mosaics goals and objectives.
Lead develop and coach the assigned Application Delivery team to continually improve IT capabilities necessary to increase performance of the organization. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work roles and the business. Manage performance issues when necessary. Work with employees on their career development plans.
Lead the team to adopt agile development methodologies to deliver required services to the business.

What do you need for this role
Bachelors degree in computer science business or related area is required.
8 years of combined experience in digital product or customerexperience management experience and Information Technology roles.
5 years of handson project experience in the design development and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud and specific SAC Planning (SACP) solutions.
3 years of system architecture or solution architect experience with a focus on the delivery of analytic solutions including new processes new functions and solutions.
Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance forecasting accuracy
Demonstration of strong finance and business acumen that includes a strong understanding of business processes and financial planning to align technical solutions with organizational goals
Desired: SAP Certifications for Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud) and/or SAP Analytics Cloud Foundation
Excellent understanding of other core and enabling processes and technologies.
Ability to provide oversight across multiple initiatives or projects.
Excellent verbal written listening and presentation communication skills.
Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport persuades others and gains understanding.

Experience with an Agile operating model preferred.
