Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models including diagnosing malfunctions disassembly rework repair replacement reassembly and adjustment of various systems to complete the aircraft thru flight and delivery to the customer.
- Perform duties in a manner consistent with the highest standards of safety.
- Make appropriate entries in aircraft records.
- General supervision needed in order the complete tasks plus additional on the job training required.
- Needs assistance to find solutions in order to solve problems.
- Listens to concerns and responds appropriately based on feedback given through the learning curve.
- Will learn to identify the need for improvements and be open to new ideas.
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma an equivalent certificate or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
EXPERIENCE:
Aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Daily tasks are completed without supervision.
- A selfstarter and takes the lead on important projects to completion.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Action oriented and takes on challenges.
- Team oriented selfdriven and safety conscious.
- Goaloriented and driven to meet and/or exceed quality expectations.
- Will be required to follow all safety guidelines for procedures and equipment and actively participate in daily ergonomic stretching exercises.
