Job Description
We are now looking for a parttime Technical Recruiter to join our internal team at Ahub. Youll play a key role in our recruitment process by conducting technical interviews with engineers and IT professionals for assignments were recruiting for.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone whos currently studying in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering automation mechanical engineering) and wants to gain practical experience in recruitment.

Since we opened our doors in rebro in March 2022 our office has had a rapid growth rate and is a team of 20 internal employees. The region includes Nrke Vstmanland Vrmland and Dalarna. We have built up a team of senior recruiters who have a broad range of skills in areas such as technology IT and finance. We are proud of the relationships we have built with clients candidates and consultants and are excited to continue our journey towards further growth and success. Your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting technical interview through Teams
Scheduling interviews based on your school schedule
Assessing candidates technical skills and experience
Collaborating closely with our internal recruitment team
Contributing to how we assess technical competence
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Is currently studying in a relevant technical field with at least one year left
Has a few years of work experience in a technical role (e.g. engineer technician consultant)
Enjoys meeting and talking to people from diverse backgrounds
Communicates clearly and comfortably in English (written and spoken)
Is selfdriven structured and curious
Thrives in a flexible fastpaced environment
Previous experience in recruitment especially within tech is a plus but not a requirement
