Lead highquality group CrossFit classes with energy and professionalism
Manage and develop weekly programming
Manage the coaching rota
Oversee daytoday box operations ensuring a clean safe and welcoming environment
Drive member engagement retention and growth through proactive communication and support
Assist with community events onboarding new members and improving the overall member experience
Requirements:
Minimum CFL1 (CFL2 or above preferred)
Proven experience coaching group CrossFit classes
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
A genuine passion for helping others improve their fitness and wellbeingIf youre ready to lead inspire and help shape the future of our box we want to hear from you.
