As a Customer Support Specialist youll help customers navigate their digital worldno scripts no robotic replies just real impact. Youll be part of a growing highperformance team that values sharp minds and social hearts.
What youll do:
Be the goto expert for customer questions via phone chat or email
Guide users through solutions with patience empathy and clarity
Spot issues and solve themor escalate when needed
Represent the brands tone: friendly human and efficient
Keep customer records accurate and uptodate
Collaborate with other teams to improve support processes
What were looking for:
Nativelevel Dutch speaker (C2); other languages are a plus
Previous customer service experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Empathy and peoplefirst mindset
Fast learner with a passion for tech
Willing to relocate and available to start in September October or November 2025
