Job Description

SysAid is a fastgrowing AIfirst SaaS company transforming IT Service Management for midmarket enterprises worldwide. Our platform is trusted by thousands of organizations to streamline IT HR and business operations with automation and intelligence.

We re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo growth across the US West Coast. You ll focus on building relationships with enterprise customers running a fullcycle sales process and helping organizations modernize with AIpowered service management.

What You ll Do

  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute territory/ account plans to drive netnew business.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with a focus on selfsourced opportunities.
  • Lead product demos and solution presentations for IT and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs Solutions Engineers Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data sales forecasts and activity logs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts balancing customer value and company goals.
  • Stay current on market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience closing complex SaaS deals with enterpriselevel IT decision makers.
  • Proven track record managing complex multistakeholder sales cycles and meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator comfortable presenting to Clevel and technical audiences.
  • Selfmotivated collaborative and resilientdriven to win and excel in a remote environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g. SalesLoft ZoomInfo Gong Highspot Google Workspace).
  • Based in California or Washington (or able to work West Coast hours).
