Are you ready to shake up the pet industry with gamechanging products sustainability and innovation As our BPI Lead youll drive brand development product innovation and impact initiatives leading crossfunctional teams to create the future of pet care.
Youll have the unique opportunity to:
Build & scale new product categories that pet parents love
Ensure scientific validation of nutritional claims
Integrate sustainability & impact into our innovation strategy
What will be in your bowl
- Brand product & impact Leadership
- Develop a strategic vision for new product categories based on consumer insights.
- Integrate sustainability & charitable initiatives into product innovation
- What teams will you be managing
- Dog & Cat Squad
- Translate our brand into the world of cats and dogs
- Build and own a strong product portfolio tailored to consumer needs
- Impact & Science Squad
- Drive higher standards & transparency in pet nutrition through research
- Lead our Zero Pawprint Plan and oversee the Edgard & Cooper Foundation to maximize positive impact.
- Product Chapter
- Ensure highquality product development with R&D partners
- Lead fast MVP testing and make quick scaleup decisions
- Validate nutritional claims with rigorous scientific research
- Ensure the highest quality standards for all products
- Insights Chapter (CMI)
- Execute consumer research qualitative & quantitative.
- Ensure consumer obsession by listening testing and acting fast
- Drive segmentation based on behavior not assumptions
- Dog & Cat Squad
As BPI Lead youll own the strategy for brand development product innovation and impact ensuring our portfolio is futureproof sustainable and loved by pets and their humans.
- Brand dev product & impact leadership Define the vision for new product categories driven by consumer insights and pet needs.
- Innovation & quality Ensure high standards in product development scientific validation of claims and seamless product launches.
- Sustainability & impact Integrate ecofriendly practices and drive initiatives through the Zero Pawprint Plan and Edgard & Cooper Foundation.
- Crossfunctional collaboration Work closely with operations sales and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Team leadership Guide and inspire squads dedicated to dog & cat products impact and science ensuring strategic growth and innovation.
What skills & tricks should you bring
Strategic thinker with experience in FMCG pet food or related industries
Experienced in product development brand and sustainability.
Comfortable in a fastmoving highaccountability environment
Datadriven with a consumerfirst mindset
Strong people leader with previous experience leading a crossfunctional team
Passionate about pets food and making an impact.
