About Us

We re a technology firm on a mission to lead AI automation and analytics adoption across enterprises focusing on endtoend HR solutions. Backed by experienced enterprise executives we re already collaborating with leading organizations across industries like finance healthcare and tech to drive transformation and deliver innovative HR solutions. This role is for our SAP SuccessFactors practice.


The Role:

You ll lead strategic SuccessFactors engagements from design through delivery while helping shape our service offerings. You ll act as a trusted advisor to CHROs and HRIT leaders guiding them through transformation and AI adoption.
You ll lead HR transformations leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and AI to modernize talent management drive organizational agility and enhance employee experience. Projects range from full HR system overhauls to cuttingedge AIdriven HR innovation initiatives.

What You ll Do

Lead endtoend delivery of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central PMGM RCM)
Identify and drive AI integration (e.g. skills inference intelligent recommendations EX agents)
Run discovery workshops and influence solution design
Build delivery frameworks and reusable tools
Guide clients on AI readiness governance and change
Contribute to thought leadership team building and practice development


What We re Looking For

6 years of SuccessFactors experience with fullcycle implementations
Certified in at least two modules (Employee Central required)
Strong clientfacing consulting or HRIT background
Interest in AI/ML skills clouds or nextgen HR tech
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI in HR (SAP Joule Semos AI agents Workzone etc.
Background in HR transformation or analytics
Familiarity with SAP BTP SAP Analytics Cloud or integrations
