JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us on a 12week remote project focused on redesigning the user experience of a highimpact digital product. Youll collaborate closely with developers product owners and business stakeholders to deliver elegant usercentric interfaces and intuitive interaction flows that elevate usability and customer satisfaction.

Tasks
Lead the endtoend UI/UX design process from user research to wireframes to highfidelity prototypes.
Redesign key workflows and interfaces to improve usability accessibility and aesthetics.
Conduct and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Create and maintain design systems that scale across components and platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixelperfect implementation.
Present design decisions with rationale tied to business and user goals.
Requirements
3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work.
Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with tools like Adobe CC or Sketch (nice to have).
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices.
Ability to conduct user research interviews and usability testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
