Job Description
Location: Burlington MA 01805
Contract Duration: 01 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM start)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)
Pay Rate: $920 $1040 per week
Phlebotomy Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and specimen handling following universal order of draw.
- Accession process and verify specimens adhering to lab protocols.
- Maintain an organized clean and safe phlebotomy area.
- Deliver topnotch customer service to patients and clinical staff.
- Accurately manage patient data in Epic/Beaker systems.
- Rotate every third weekend and be available for weekend/holiday shifts.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 36 months of phlebotomy experience (preferred).
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
- Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills.
Skills:
- Experience with Epic/Beaker systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the universal order of draw.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
