join our team. This person will help manage and grow our online presence increase sales and
strengthen our brand across social media our website SEO strategies and eCommerce platforms. If

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
As our Social Media SEO and SMO Manager you will be the person responsible for managing
the digital strategies that shape our online identity. From our website to social media accounts and
eCommerce platforms you will play a key role in driving visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & SEO Optimization:
o Ensure the website runs smoothly is optimized for search engines and provides a
seamless experience for visitors.
o Create and implement SEO strategies to improve our ranking enhance visibility and
attract more traffic.
o Use data insights to track performance and continuously improve our digital
presence.
Social Media Strategy & :
o Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase engagement
raise brand awareness and drive sales.
o Manage daytoday activities across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn
and Twitter to ensure consistent messaging.
o Run targeted paid campaigns to expand our reach and grow our customer base.
SMO (Social Media Optimization):
o Optimize content for better reach and engagement while maintaining a consistent
voice across all channels.
o Monitor analytics to adjust strategies and keep up with social media trends and
competitors.
o Collaborate with the design team to ensure our content is both visually appealing
and aligned with our brand.
eCommerce Portal Management & Sales Growth:
o Take charge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart etc. by ensuring product
listings are optimized attractive and informative.
o Drive strategies to boost visibility and increase sales on eCommerce platforms
through content promotions and SEO techniques.
o Work with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock and ensure timely
deliveries.
o Track performance on eCommerce sites review customer feedback and adjust
strategies to meet sales targets.
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
o Develop strategies that attract leads increase conversions and drive sales.
o Implement content strategies and promotions to guide potential customers through
the buying process.
o Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are being met and optimize
campaigns based on data.
Branding & Community Engagement:
o Maintain an active and positive brand presence by engaging with followers
responding to inquiries and building a sense of community.
o Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities making sure
Industries is always a step ahead in the digital world.
Qualifications

Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience in social media management SEO SMO and eCommerce
platform management.
Proven success in growing online presence driving traffic and increasing sales through
digital channels.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and SEO tools like Google Analytics SEMrush and
Moz.
Familiarity with managing product listings on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon
Flipkart and others.
Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Instagram Google Ads).
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with different target audiences.
Experience in the rice or agriculture industry is a bonus but not mandatory.
Personal Traits:

You re datadriven and enjoy analyzing performance to see where improvements can be
made.
You re highly organized and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others.
