Position Overview: The Faculty of Digital Marketing Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy will play a pivotal role in preparing students to navigate and lead in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape. This role focuses on imparting knowledge and practical skills in areas such as digital marketing social media strategy ecommerce consumer behavior and brand management. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic uptodate courses in Strategic Marketing Consumer Behavior Social Media Marketing ECommerce and Applications Integrated Marketing Communication and Product and Brand Management.
- Develop curriculum that reflects the latest tools trends and technologies in digital marketing including SEO/SEM social media analytics influencer marketing and performance marketing.
- Guide students in understanding consumer psychology datadriven marketing and the strategic role of branding in the digital age.
- Foster an engaging classroom environment that encourages creativity innovation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with industry partners alumni and professional networks to provide students with practical exposure through guest lectures workshops and live projects.
- Participate in faculty committees and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement and program development.
- Mentor students on academic professional and entrepreneurial pursuits in the marketing and branding sectors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: A Ph.D. with industrial experience is preferred. Master s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business Administration or a related field (doctoral candidates preferred).
- Experience: 810 years of relevant experience for doctoral candidates and 10 years of experience for Masters candidates in Digital Marketing Social Media ECommerce Consumer Behavior Branding. Proven teaching experience at the university level particularly in digital marketing consumer behavior or brand management. Excellent communication interpersonal and mentorship skills. Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
