Overview: The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) for the Pediatric Department with a BAMS/BHMS qualification plays a crucial role in providing daytoday medical care to pediatric patients. - Document all patient interactions accurately in clinical records.
- Educate patients and families about treatment protocols and health management.
- Assist in diagnosing common childhood illnesses and conditions.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Participate in pediatric department meetings and case discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in pediatric care.
- Facilitate communication between parents children and medical staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in BAMS or BHMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as an RMO.
- Experience working in a hospital setting particularly in pediatrics.
