Overview
The Production Head plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing sector by overseeing all aspects of production processes within the organization. This position is crucial to ensure that products are delivered on time meet quality standards and are produced in a costeffective manner. The Production Head is responsible for strategizing production plans optimizing resource allocation and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise leadership qualities and problemsolving abilities to navigate the complexities of production environments efficiently. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement the Production Head also collaborates with various departments to align production capabilities with market demands thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet operational goals.
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety quality and efficiency standards.
- Manage and lead the production team providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of production processes and methodologies.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent technical skills related to machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
