Key responsibilities: Key Account Manager KAM
1. Cross sell/Upsell new service tiers to existing clients & new clients & increase share of revenue
2. Account Management
3. Own P&L for portfolio managed
4. Track and improve key metrics like revenue share of wallet growth
5. Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with Product/Planning/Ops/Design teams
7. Engage at high level with partners on business growth with periodic reviews
8. Conduct periodic client reviews
9. New partnerships
10. Scope the market engage and build strong pipeline
11. Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live
12. New product development
13. Work closely with product and design teams in understanding supply chain capabilities in B2C B2B warehousing etc
14. Reach out to & close commercials and contracts and onboard new clients
