We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Arabic cuisine excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering highquality dishes.
# Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting highquality Arabic dishes.
2. Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
3. Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and quality control.
4. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
5. Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
6. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives.
7. Ensure that all dishes are presented to a high standard and meet the restaurants quality expectations.
# Requirements:
1. 5 years of experience as a Master Chef in a highend restaurant.
2. Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
6. Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
