Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Programmer and Development Skills 65
- Experience in systems design configuration integration and development IT security programming concepts languages and related methods techniques practices and standards and nbsp;in JAVA J2EE JSF HTML/DHTML XML/XSL
- Experience in using opensource software such as Spring myBatis Bootstrap jQuery
- Hands on experience in ntier webbased application development and nbsp;using Oracle database
- Development experience using emerging technologies such as Web Services web responsive frontend development AODA compliant solutions
- Experience using reporting tools such as Jasper
- Demonstrated experience directly supporting the SDLC (agile/iterative) and implementation of businesscritical software applications and systems
- Hands on experience with Oracle SQL scripts and good understanding of RDMBS
and nbsp;
Analytical and ProblemSolving Skill 30
- Analytical skills to assess the feasibility of a broad range of options make recommendations and develop customized strategies to resolve unique problems
- Consultation interpersonal and teamwork skills to discuss client requirements lead discussions of system development options and technical process and to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
and nbsp;
Public Sector Experience 5
- Experience with Public Sector application and information architecture methodologies and GOITS standards would be an asset
- Familiar with Public Sector Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process
Must haves:
