Lead Hospitality Technician
Butterworth Hospital 100 Michigan St Grand Rapids.
Schedule: Fulltime 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. and Monday Friday and Every Other Weekend.
Starting at $19.04 per hour.
Team members working in this role will need to display the flexibility to work in two or more work locations and in two or more department roles as assigned by leadership. Department roles included in this job description are Environmental Services Tech Nutrition Services Tech Patient Transport and Supply Chain Material Coordinator and Receptionist. Position to be defined by the department as needed. Based on the assignment individual must meet the specific requirements of the job profile they are fulfilling.
Maintains shift accountability for Support Services team member job duties in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Assists the leader in coordinating and facilitating the daily operations. Addresses any concerns or issues pertaining to customer and employee relations. Responsible for making sure all daily tasks are completed. Responsible for conducting quality audit inspections with employees.
Assists the team in training scheduling and workflow. Directs and maintains accountability for complex multifaceted programs.
Provides administrative support through the appropriate use of software and/or other tools. Acts as a subject matter expert and resource for others on the team.
