Sr. Client Service Manager

Locations: Kansas City MO Hybrid

As a Senior Client Service Manager you will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and providing expert guidance on mutual funds and alternative investment products. What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships.
  • Provide detailed information and insights about various investment products such as mutual funds and alternative investments.
  • Provides and oversees support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients ensuring their operational needs and issues both tactical and strategic are managed to the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.
  • Develops understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
  • Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
  • Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
  • Career level professional leading small moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement resourcefulness and selfinitiative.
  • Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wideranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimally requires a Masters or Bachelors or High School degree and 37 years of related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Indepth knowledge of alternative investments and mutual funds.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • technical proficiency with client management software and financial reporting tools.
