Reporting directly to the AVP Indirect Lending Dealership Account Managers are responsible for the establishment maintenance training and management of the dealer network which includes monitoring ongoing dealer performance such as production application quality delinquency losses profitability etc. Submits market reports to AVP Indirect Lending regarding his/her area of responsibility in a timely manner. Interfacing directly with all dealer personnel; training dealers on all aspects of our indirect lending program; informing dealers of policy procedures and price changes; making recommendations for pricing/program changes. Acting as a liaison between dealership partners and all Grow departments/branches to ensure superior sales and service standards. Is responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management.
This position will service Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Compensation: $85000 base & commission.
