Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivatedand detailoriented intern for 6 weeks to join our Client Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in client management and operational processes. As a Client Operations Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring smoothcommunication and efficient handling of clientrelated tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries:
- Review tickets received from clients inquiring about a recentcontractual amendment
- Respond to the tickets with a standard response
- Follow Up on Client Tickets:
Follow up with clients on their tickets to ensure timely resolutionand maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration OperationsManagement or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or
- Zendesk is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherworks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses long term incentives a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $15 USD per hour
