About the Role
The Strategic Spares Pricing Manager plays a critical role in the companys aftermarket operations. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the pricing framework for spare parts which involves defining pricing rules calculating and managing sales prices and ensuring consistency across product lines. The role also includes managing price lists implementing pricing within quoting systems analysing margins and driving cost reduction initiatives. Effective collaboration with other teams such as the OEM Protect Team Spares Operations and Sourcing is essential. The manager is also responsible for SarbanesOxley (SarbOx) controls related to pricing and provides support for department reporting and KPI analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in business English (both verbal and written) to a professional level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
Experienced in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Quoting Systems; familiarity with Oracle/CPQ is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in technical cost calculations or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and datadriven mindset with indepth pricing expertise.
Solid technical knowledge (e.g. materials manufacturing processes and technical drawings) and sound business acumen (e.g. cost analysis margin management profitability business forecasting).
Proven leadership experience and a good understanding of market dynamics customer requirements and the competitive landscape.
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration & Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum GCE ALevel / STPM or equivalent certificates in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
