You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying engaging and nurturing prospective students using a mix of direct and indirect marketing strategies. The role also includes managing telecalling activities and leading a small team for effective outreach and enquiry generation.
Identify and access potential student databases
Use indirect channels (social media website PR visual merchandising) and direct channels (exhibitions field visits cold calls) for lead generation
Execute lead generation campaigns personally or via vendors
Build and maintain a structured prospect database
Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to students/parents
Communicate the institutes value proposition effectively
Confirm and manage walkin appointments and maintain engagement
Plan communication strategies via WhatsApp email or inperson sessions
Deliver and train others on effective sales pitches
Track calling performance and generate reports
Handle escalations and complex customer queries
Ensure optimal staffing for lead generation
Conduct interviews and onboarding of new team members
Provide training and development for the team
Approve leaves manage schedules and evaluate performance
Coordinate with HR for employee development initiatives
