Job Description

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying engaging and nurturing prospective students using a mix of direct and indirect marketing strategies. The role also includes managing telecalling activities and leading a small team for effective outreach and enquiry generation.



Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting

  • Identify and access potential student databases

  • Use indirect channels (social media website PR visual merchandising) and direct channels (exhibitions field visits cold calls) for lead generation

  • Execute lead generation campaigns personally or via vendors

  • Build and maintain a structured prospect database

Telecalling

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to students/parents

  • Communicate the institutes value proposition effectively

  • Confirm and manage walkin appointments and maintain engagement

  • Plan communication strategies via WhatsApp email or inperson sessions

  • Deliver and train others on effective sales pitches

  • Track calling performance and generate reports

  • Handle escalations and complex customer queries

Team Management

  • Ensure optimal staffing for lead generation

  • Conduct interviews and onboarding of new team members

  • Provide training and development for the team

  • Approve leaves manage schedules and evaluate performance

  • Coordinate with HR for employee development initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor s degree required)

  • 2 4 years of experience in lead generation telecalling or student outreach

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office CRM and calling software/tools

  • Team handling experience is an advantage

  • Targetdriven and selfmotivated
