Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer ( and CSS) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement frontend flows using React Tailwind and TypeScript working closely with our lead designer (who understands frontend) and backend engineer.
- Translate Figma files and AIgenerated prototypes into productionready responsive UIs.
- Collaborate with design and backend to build seamless quoting onboarding claims and endorsement flows.
- Own frontend architecture decisions UI performance and accessibility standards.
- Build out and maintain a modular component system that scales across our dashboards and embedded broker tools.
- Stress test screens with real users (brokers SMBs) and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Help us explore and embed AIdriven UI flows (e.g. smart form recommendations quote adjustments coverage personalization).
Requirements
- 4 years of frontend experience including React and modern JS features (Hooks Context etc.).
- Deep CSS layout knowledge especially TailwindCSS and responsive UI design.
- Clear understanding of clientserver models and how to wire up APIs with clean state handling.
- Experience collaborating with designers implementing UI from Figma or design systems.
- Strong component thinking performance awareness and architecture discipline.
- Ability to move quickly ship fast and fix as you go.
Bonus:
- Experience building or supporting AIassisted user flows.
- Familiarity with UX Copilot Locofy Anima or Framer for designtocode pipelines.
- Worked in insurtech fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable contributing to a design system or Storybookstyle library.
