Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining our product and infrastructure. Your work will have an immediate impact on customers. As a Senior Engineer you will work on all aspects of our stack while partnering with product and design to deliver best in class experiences that empower our customers.
Responsibilites:
- Own new features from planning to deployment.
- Bring our customer experiences to the next level by staying uptodate on the latest technologies.
- Participate in technology and architecture design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers product managers and other engineers to design plan prototype and implement new and exciting features.
- Mentor more junior engineers and be responsible for the technical direction for your domain.
Requirements
- 7 year experience with software development with a focus on backends and microservices.
- Proficient with Typescript Java or other backend API frameworks.
- Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Working with ambiguity we move fast and trust our team to come with solutions for and often make businesscritical decisions.
