Our valued client is looking for a Communications Executive to join there team in the City of Bristol. This role is pivotal in fostering effective communication within the organisation ensuring that all employees are informed engaged and aligned with our company s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong public relations skills and a passion for creating compelling internal messaging that resonates with our diverse workforce.
You will support the development and management of the clients literature and content across a number of customer and adviser journeys playing a critical role in keeping the business safe ensuring content is accurate compelling and meets the necessary regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:
- Maintain and update customer literature ensuring all content is clear compliant and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the endtoend approval process for literature working closely with stakeholders such as Legal Compliance Technical Product Distribution and external partners.
- Manage assigned projects within agreed timelines balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Conduct regulatory reviews to ensure all documents meet communication and disclosure standards identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work crossfunctionally with teams such as Sales Product and Compliance to support shared goals.
- Track analyse and report on literature performance to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a communications or customer service role ideally within a regulated industry.
- Background in literature/content management with familiarity working alongside legal risk or compliance teams.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A teamoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong attention to detail and a customerfirst attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in financial services is helpful but not essential.
