As a Partnership Development Consultant you will be responsible for;
- Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
- Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and crossselling to our clients
- Delivering excellent customer service with a solutionsorientated mindset
- Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients fellow salespeople and colleagues alike
- Be a confident communicator with an ability to decipher and share data and information.
- Pitch to and close clients
- Manage your client pipeline
- Consulting with recruitment agencies
- Identifying the clients goals for growth
- Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
- Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client
We require candidates to have proven experience in a fastpaced cold calling sales role. While not mandatory previous experience in the recruitment industry and familiarity with umbrella companies is highly desirable.
