Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving storage and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and workflow
- Supervise and train warehouse staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure accuracy in inventory management through regular audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product movement and optimize order fulfillment
- Implement safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Manage relationships with suppliers carriers and other external partners
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in warehouse management
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for management review
- Materially and financially liable for Company s property warehouse equipment and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in warehouse operations
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English
