Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ABAP code for reports enhancements and forms.
Debug and troubleshoot issues within SAP and BW systems.
Work closely with analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Perform unit and integration testing.
Document technical specifications user manuals and howto guides.
Optimize code and performance in SAP ABAP and HANA environments.
Essential Skills & Experience
5 years SAP ABAP OO development experience
Strong experience with oData / RESTful API development
Indepth knowledge of ABAP performance tuning and debugging
3 years experience with SAP BW (BWonHANA & BW4HANA)
CDS Views annotations extensions
Understanding of BW modelling OData services RFC/BAPI/ODP
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Advantageous Skills
Experience with SAP HANA XSA/XSC SAP Analytics Cloud Datasphere
Java and Python development experience
Cloud platform exposure (AWS)
Kafka integration
SAP Solution Manager SAP BTP
SQL scripting database performance tuning
Use of Atlassian toolset (Jira Confluence)
Prior experience on multiproject SAP platforms
Qualifications
Relevant IT degree or diploma
Proven track record of SAP ABAP development in complex environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
ABAP and ABAP OO, Data Extraction and Provisioning, Performance Tuning, SAP ABAP Development & Debugging, BW Modelling Possibilities, CDS View, AWM
