Our client is a topnotch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop ideas detailed plans and organize internal events and activities (e.g. company anniversaries teambuilding trips celebrations culturalsports events CSR programs etc.) to foster employee engagement and create a positive work environment.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure all events and communication campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with defined objectives.
Design internal communication strategies aligned with the company s cultural development goals ensuring consistency with core values vision and mission.
Manage and create content for internal communication channels (e.g. company website Facebook LinkedIn internal newsletters etc.) to strengthen both corporate and employer branding.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of company culture initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Communications or related fields.
Minimum 23 years of experience in organizing internal events communication strategies or employee engagement activities.
Demonstrated strategic thinking creative thinking strong analytical skills and effective problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
