Job Description
INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Permanent)
Our client an established nonprofit organization in WNY is looking to hire an Inside Sales Account Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inside sales responsibilities in order to drive business and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
- Generate leads and contact potential customers in assigned territory in order to create opportunities and grow customer base
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers ensuring positive experiences are had at all times
- Act as an owner of the product line in order to utilize a consultative sales approach by providing recommendations and offering solutions with company merchandise
- Collaborate regularly with Field Sales team members to ensure efforts are not being duplicated
- Work within SalesForce to generate call lists identify stale accounts track progress with each account and schedule tasks
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is fulltime direct hire
- Hybrid schedule after initial probationary period: 3 days inoffice 2 days WFH
- $55000 $75000 annually depending on experience Monthly incentives annual bonus potential

- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 2 years Inside/Outside Sales experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated driven energetic great personality and communication skills
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Relocation not available
