Our client is a leading Civil and Building Construction company in Nigeria.
The Company is seeking to hire an experienced consultant with NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
Job Objectives: As the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our organizations ERP system. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance resolving user issues and implement enhancements in conjunction with our ERP Consultant/Partner. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 BC will be instrumental in driving operational e ciency and datadriven decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage user access and permissions
Con gure and maintain system settings
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Perform regular system backups and restore procedures
User Support:
Provide rstlevel and secondlevel support to users
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
Conduct user training and documentation
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Work with business users to implement process changes and system enhancements
Report Development and Analysis:
Design develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Analyze data to identify trends and insights
System Integration:
Integrate D365 BC with other systems such as Payroll Project Management tools or other ERP systems
Project Implementation:
Participate in ERP implementation projects including data migration customization con guration and testing.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations
Monitor system security and implement security best practices.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related eld
3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 BC
Experience with ERP implementation and support
Microsoft Certi ed: Dynamics 365 for Business Central
Industry Experience: Experience in the Construction industry
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Change Management Skills: Ability to manage change and communicate e ectively with users
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 BC including its core functionalities (Finance Sales Inventory and Projects Management)
Experience with C/AL programming and AL development
Pro ciency in SQL Server and database administration
Knowledge of XML XSLT and web services
Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
E ective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N1 million N1.5 million monthly other benefits
